Homeowners Association
The Association has been in the homeowner's hands since 2005 and is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. The job of the Winterfield HOA Board is to ensure property values are maintained through diligent and judicious execution of the Association's Declaration of Restrictions and By Laws. At Winterfield, our mission is to enhance the quality of life in our neighborhood through management of common areas, enforcement of rules and covenants, support of initiatives that strengthen bonds among residents, and investment in capital improvements that benefit the greater good.
Board Meetings
The Board of Directors meets quarterly and meetings are open to all members of the Association. Also, the Annual General Membership (AGM) Meeting is held each year in May.
The 2024 Board meetings are currently planned for the following dates at 7PM:
Q1: Thursday, March 21
AGM & Q2: Thursday, May 16
Q3: Thursday, August 22
Q4: Thursday, December 5

ARC Requests
Before beginning any project on your property you must submit an Architectural Review Request form. Improvements that must be approved include: building additions, decks, patios, pools, sheds, fences, walls, animal pens or shelters, exterior lighting, mailbox/mailbox post or any other change to the existing look or footprint of the house or any additional structure to be placed on the lot. Solar panels are allowed, but must be approved through the regular Architectural Review process and must be placed in such a way as to minimize the visual impact on neighbors and the community.
The guiding authority for Architectural Review approval are the amended Declaration and our By Laws. Both of these documents, as well as the Architectural Review Request form can be found on the Forms and Documents page.
